Unarchiving a Business Unit Card (BUC) restores the cards previously archived. Once unarchived, the BUC can be selected again as an envelope recipient or as a party on an eBL for your BU. Each BUC can be unarchived independently. However, an Account admin user can unarchive a BUC for the entire account, making it available across all BUs within the organization’s account.
Notes:
- If you don’t see the Unarchive option, check if you have the necessary permissions.
- Account Admins can unarchive a BUC for the entire account, making it accessible across all BUs.
- Once unarchived, the BUC will reappear in the My Contacts list and be available for transactions.
To unarchive:
- Go to Network on the left sidebar and select My Contacts.
- Click the Archive Filter button to display archived BUCs.
- Locate the BUC you want to unarchive.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the BUC card.
- Select Unarchive.
- The BUC is now restored and available to be used by your Business Unit.
Any user with “Edit my contacts” (User, BU admin, My contacts manager) can unarchive for the BU
Account admin can also unarchive BUCs for the account
