In this article, you will find a step-by-step explanation in how to return your eBL to the Carrier to Amend it.
Step-by-Step
- You will receive an email "You received eBL BL number"
- To open an eBL please click View in LightWave (look at the below *Important note)
- Review your EBL and check SIGNATURES AND INFO
- To download the PDF, click on the arrow ⇩ (in the top right corner)
- Click on Request Amendment
- Click Ok on the pop-up alert
- Right after that, you will see an update "This action has already been performed”
- You will also receive a follow-up email that states that the “eBL number’s possession is being sent right now to ‘Surrenderee’ name”
Important Note: Once you receive an email with the eBL, the token will be live for several minutes. After clicking View in LightWave, you might see that This link has expired. Please click on Send me another link.
Right after that, you will receive a new email with an active token
