Reports Dashboard Overview

Note: Reports access depends on your role and plan.

  • Account Admins: Access the Paid eBL Report.
  • Enterprise Customers: Access all reports.
    • BU Admins (Enterprise only): Access Possession and Sent eBL Reports.

The WaveBL platform offers four reports, providing details on your eBLs:

  • Paid eBL Report - Lists all eBLs sent as paid.
  • Possession Report - Shows eBLs currently under your account’s possession.
  • Sent eBL Report - Displays all eBLs you have sent.
  • User System Activity Report - Details the setup activities performed on your account.

 

The following actions can be performed for each report:

  • View the full Bill of Lading details by clicking on its line
  • Download the report in Excel or CSV format onto your computer by clicking the download icon on the top right.
  • Search for a specific eBL, by the search criteria items displayed at the top of the report list.
  • Customize the report view by rearranging the column order

 

To view a report, select Reports on the left sidebar, and click on the required report from the list.

  1. Paid eBL Report

Choose Paid eBL under Reports on the left sidebar.

You can search and filter eBLs according to one of the following:

  • Find a specific eBL - Type the eBL number in the free text search window
  • Time - Define the  period, From and To
  • Sender - Select a sender from the dropdown list
  • Recipient - Select a recipient from the dropdown list

Or click the Clear all Filters button to reset your search.

 

  1. Possession Report

Choose Possession under Reports on the left sidebar.

You can search and filter eBLs according to one of the following:

  • Find a specific eBL - Type the eBL number in the free text search window
  • Number of possession days
  • Business Unit Name
  • Recipient - Select a recipient from the dropdown list

Or click the Clear all Filters button to reset your search.

 

  1. Sent eBL Report

Choose Sent eBL under Reports on the left sidebar.

You can search and filter eBLs according to one of the following:

  • Find a specific eBL - Type the eBL number in the free text search window
  • Time - Define the  period, From and To
  • Sender - Select a sender from the dropdown list
  • Recipient - Select a recipient from the dropdown list
  • Action - select the actions to be filtered from a dropdown list.

Or click the Clear all Filters button to reset your search.

 

  1. User System Activity Report

Choose User System Activity under Reports on the left sidebar.

You can search and filter eBLs according to one of the following:

  • Find a specific user - Type the user name in the free text search window
  • Time - Define the  period, From and To
  • Name - Select a name from a dropdown list
  • Action - Select the actions to be filtered from a dropdown list.

Or click the Clear all Filters button to reset your search.
