Guidance and Support

 

The WaveBL platform offers guidance and support in various media. In written articles, videos, and live chat.

Option 1 - Guidance Articles - Click the Question Mark

Clicking the question mark on the bottom right will pop up a list of guides for Admin users. Select the relevant guide of your interest.

Option 2 - Articles and Videos - Click the Knowledge Base Button

Clicking the Knowledge Base menu item on the bottom left will open the articles repository and the video guides. The knowledge base offers a wide range of content, including:

  • Step-by-step articles for the various available operations on the WaveBL platform
  • Product updates
  • Best practice ”How to” videos

Note: The knowledge center content is sorted by topics. Navigate to get the information that will help to answer your questions.

Option 3 - Support from the Help center

Clicking the Help menu item on the bottom left will open a popup window on the right side, offering three options:

  • Access to the Knowledge Base
  • Contact WaveBL support
  • Book a session

Option 4 - Live Chat

Click the Live Chat icon on the bottom right, then click the New Conversation button in the popup window to start a live conversation with WaveBL support. 

Enter your details in the popup window and click Submit and continue to start a live chat with WaveBL support.
