To create a new business unit in your account, follow these steps:
- Select the ‘Business Units’ menu option under Settings on the left sidebar, then click the ‘Add business unit’ button on the top right. The ‘Create new business unit’ panel will be open on the right.
- Type the new business unit details in the window:
The following details must be added:
- Company Name - Select from the list or create a new company, by clicking on ‘Add a new company’, at the top of the dropdown list.
- Business unit name - The name of the local office
- Address information - Fill the local business unit address or check the ‘Same as company information’ checkbox.
- Email - the email address of the office manager
- Phone - The office phone number. Optional field.
3. After filling in all details, click the ‘Add business unit’ button on the bottom right of the window.
4. On successful completion, a green message, saying ‘Business Unit successfully created’ will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
