To withdraw an invitation of an eBL, as a Shipper, follow these steps:
Option 1 - Withdraw an eBL from the Inbox
- Click on the Inbox folder under Envelopes and locate the eBL with the status ‘Waiting to be Claimed' and click on the subject of the eBL you want to withdraw to open the Unclaimed envelope. The envelope drawer will open on the right.
- Verify the eBL details, click the ‘Withdraw Invitation’ button on the bottom right, and click ‘Yes’ in the ‘Withdraw Invitation’ confirmation window, to confirm the cancellation of the eBL.

Option 2 - Select an eBL from your Unclaimed folder
Click on the Unclaimed folder under Envelopes and locate the eBL with the status ‘Waiting to be Claimed’, then click on the eBL subject to open the Unclaimed envelope. The envelope drawer will open on the right.
Continue as described above.
Option 3 - Open the eBL details
- Hover the eBL number to view additional details, such as possession status, eBL type, last signature added, and your role on the eBL, and click the eBL number to open.
- Verify the eBL details, and then click ‘Choose an Action’ then select ‘Withdraw Invitation’ from the pulldown menu.
- The eBL will be removed from the Unclaimed folder but will remain in your inbox. The eBL is shown with the status: Possessor as you, the Shipper, will remain the possessor of the parcel.
