My Contacts (The Address Book)
The ‘My Contacts’ feature (previously displayed as Address Book) lists all the verified Business Unit Cards (BUCs) on your account, including internal and external connections.
It manages the verified BUCs, and enables advanced search for filtering, and prioritization options to ensure quick and efficient handling of your business connections.
The table provides details of the verified BUCs, both internal and external.
- Internal BUCs - The BUCs of the business units in your account.
- External BUCs - The business unit cards of your partners and carriers.
The following actions can be performed on the list:
- Filter Results: Refine results by applying filters to each column.
- Clickable Rows: Click any row to view detailed information about the selected BUC. On clicking, a drawer will open on the right side.
- Mark as Favorite:
- A star icon can be added, on the left side of the Business Unit Name.
- Clicking the star marks the BUCs as a Favorite.
Note: Favorite-marked BUCs will appear at the top of the list, overriding the alphabetical order, when the Recipient pulldown list is opened.
Navigation
Access the My Contacts page via Network → My Contacts from the left sidebar.
Search Bar
The Search bar allows you to search for a BUC by Name, Company, Account Name, Alias, or Business Unit (BU) ID.
- The results are updated dynamically as you type, narrowing the selection with each letter entered.
- Additional Buttons:
- Archive: Displays all BUCs that have been archived.
- Star (for Favorite): Displays all BUCs marked as Favorites.
