Manage your inbox

In the WaveBL platform, the Envelopes section lists all received eBLs. You can organize and track them using folders, statuses, and labels. Use filtering options to find specific eBLs quickly and manage your documents efficiently.

Managing Envelopes

The eBLs are grouped in six folders according to their status:

  • Inbox - All received envelopes
  • Sending - Envelopes in progress, still being sent (When you send an eBL, it first appears here. Once processing is complete, it moves to the Sent folder.)
  • Sent - All eBLs that were successfully sent.
  • Unclaimed - contains eBLs sent to a non-onboarded consignee that have not been claimed yet  (You can withdraw an unclaimed eBL.)
  • Drafts - Envelopes that were saved as drafts.
  • Archived - Envelopes cannot be deleted, but they can be archived to keep your inbox organized. (You can also unarchive them if needed.)
