To accomplish Surrender for a House eBL as the Issuer, when the Consignee is not onboarded to WaveBL platform, follow these steps:
- In your inbox, locate the HeBL you want to accomplish to surrender. Hover over the HeBL number to view its details. Click the eBL to open the detailed view.
- Verify the HeBL details, and check the Issuance info and signatures, to confirm the Consignee has authorized the Surrender. After verifying the details, click Choose an action and select Accomplish surrender.
- The New envelope drawer opens on the right. In the Recipient window, ensure that the Consignee details are updated and click Send.
- Upon successful operation, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen.
