How to manage User Details

This article will guide you through updating your user details and managing access to your account.

Steps to Edit or Manage a User:

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Settings and select Users, to find the user whose details you want to update.
  2. On the right side of the user row, click the three-dot option menu (⋮). You’ll see the following options:
    • Edit User Details – Update the user's name, role, or email preferences. A drawer will open on the right side of the screen. Update the relevant fields and click Update to save your changes.
    • Remove from All Business Units – Detach the user from all business units within the account.
    • Remove from Account – Completely remove the user from the account.






  1. Confirmation
    A green confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the action is successfully completed.
