This article will guide you through updating your user details and managing access to your account.
Steps to Edit or Manage a User:
- In the left sidebar, go to Settings and select Users, to find the user whose details you want to update.
- On the right side of the user row, click the three-dot option menu (⋮). You’ll see the following options:
- Edit User Details – Update the user's name, role, or email preferences. A drawer will open on the right side of the screen. Update the relevant fields and click Update to save your changes.
- Remove from All Business Units – Detach the user from all business units within the account.
- Remove from Account – Completely remove the user from the account.
- Confirmation
A green confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the action is successfully completed.
