Manage Users and Set Email Notifications (LightWave Included)

To manage the users’ permissions and roles in your business unit, follow these steps:  

There are two optional ways to add a new user in the system, create a new user and assign it to the relevant business unit, or select the business unit and assign it from there.

  1. Select the Business Units menu option under Settings on the left sidebar. The business units’ details and the number of currently assigned users will be displayed. 

  1. Select the business unit and click on the number of users in this business unit, in the Users column of the table, or click the three dots on the right of the row, and select ‘Edit Users’. The Permissions window will be displayed.

  1. Set the business unit users’ permissions in the settings table, or remove a user by clicking the bin icon on the right of the row. 

The following settings are offered. Adjust the user’s notification settings by checking or unchecking each option:

  • Name - The user name
  • Role - The user role. Select from the pulldown menu: User, Business unit admin, or My contacts manager. Learn more about WaveBL User Roles and Permissions 
  • Email
  • Email Notification Settings: Invites, Incoming envelopes, and Lightwave.
  • Permissions - If allowed, edit the address book (the Business Unit Contacts List)

Note: Clicking the info icon in the Email Notifications Settings table column header will display a description of each setting:
